GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE 

1. Information: 

All rates include VAT per room, for one night and are valid for single or double occupancy only. 

The customer may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of the rental period.

Pets are not accepted (except with the express agreement of the management).

Sheets and towels are provided. The maintenance of the rooms is carried out every day (bathroom, toilets, general refreshment of the room) and your towels changed if you wish.

The outdoor area (swimming pool, park, etc.) is strictly reserved for guests and under their full responsibility.

Breakfasts, meals, services or services not consumed or used during your stay are neither refundable nor exchangeable, in part or in full, and cannot be consumed or used during future visits.

For security reasons, the establishment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility and for children under 16 years old.

2. Internet - WIFI: 

The hotel is equipped with a WIFI connection, please contact the reception to obtain your personal access code.

Access is offered free of charge, as such and depending on the number of people connected at the same time, the speed and access may be more or less available. Thank you for your understanding.

3. Regulations: 

Upon arrival of the stay, the balance of the rental will be paid by the customer by credit card or in cash.

Eurocheques are not accepted as well as AMEX bank cards.

The establishment is a NON-SMOKING place, however you can smoke outside or on the terraces we have ashtrays at your disposal.

Breakfast is served from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. It is Western-style (pastries, breads, cereals, an assortment of cheeses and charcuterie, etc.). If you would like to have your breakfast earlier, please let us know.

Departure - Checkout: 10:00 a.m.

4. Insurance: 

The tenant certifies that he is covered by civil liability insurance covering his liability. 

5. Terms and Conditions: 

The customer will pay a deposit of 50% at the time of booking, the balance of his stay will be paid on site upon arrival at the establishment. The establishment reserves the right to make a credit card imprint upon arrival. 

If payment by credit card is refused by your financial institution, the customer loses the price advantage linked to this offer.

Cancellation conditions (see full conditions below)

Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. The deposit paid at the time of booking will be returned. In case of late cancellation, the deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay will not be returned.  

6. General booking conditions: 

These general booking conditions apply to all bookings made on the websiteswww.villab-hotel.comfor individual customers (excluding group bookings). They form an integral part of the contract. The offers and the general conditions presented are valid on the day of their consultation. They are periodically updated, however any reservation taken will be honored on the date of the stay under the specified conditions.

With each reservation, you will be given a confirmation number, which you will need if necessary to cancel or modify your reservation.

You can book on the sites www.villab-hotel.comuntil the day of arrival. There is no limitation in advance (except in the case of special offers bookable with a minimum delay) as long as we have prices and availability informed.

You can also contact our reservation center at the following telephone number: 09 86 43 16 53  from France ou+33 9 86 43 16 53 from any other country. If you book late for the same evening, we advise you to call the establishment directly.

Room rentals are from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival to 10 a.m. on the day of departure. However, we advise you to carefully check these arrival and departure times at the time of booking.

If you book a room, it is assigned to you from 4 p.m. However, in case of arrival after 8 p.m., you must contact the establishment by telephone so that it is informed of your late arrival and makes the necessary arrangements. If you do not do this and you encounter a problem when you arrive, Villa B will not be held responsible.

All orders are guaranteed by credit card, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be debited before your arrival. This information can be found on your booking confirmation document. If in doubt, please refer to it.

7. Price display: 

All prices are displayed in Euro (€). Some services may be subject to an additional charge. The displayed price includes a tourist tax payable on site. The tourist tax is clearly stipulated on your booking confirmation.

Prices are also displayed in the rooms. 

8. Means of payment:

Credit cards accepted are VISA, MASTERCARD. The credit card is used to guarantee your reservation. 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be debited before your arrival. The balance of the amount of the stay must be paid directly to the hotel on your arrival by credit card or cash.

Even in the case of reservations where 50% of the amount of the stay is debited on reservation, certain taxes, services or extras are to be paid on site. The amount debited on booking only includes services payable on booking (some options can be booked but are to be paid at the hotel only) and the tourist tax is always paid at the hotel.

Villa B reserves the right to consider your reservation as canceled if the credit card data transmitted for the payment guarantee or for payment prove to be faulty. If necessary, the establishment reserves the right to claim damages.

9. Deposit: 

In certain specific cases (long stays, events, family, weddings, birthdays, privatizations, etc.), the establishment may ask you to pay a deposit upon booking, in addition to the credit card given as guarantee. The transaction must be between the establishment and the customer. The amount and conditions of payment of this deposit must be clearly explained to the customer by the establishment and must be accepted by the customer before any transaction. These exchanges must be made exclusively in writing. In the case of payment of a deposit, the reservation becomes firm and final only after receipt of the said payment by the establishment. The balance of the reservation will be paid on site directly with the establishment.

10. Secure SSL reservation system

In order to guarantee the security of your online payments, we use the secure payment system SSL (Secured Socket Layer) which effectively protects all your sensitive data. The SSL security protocol thus guarantees the confidentiality of the information sent from your browser to the web server thanks to a method of encrypting the information when it is entered when validating your reservation.

All information sent to our server is sent over an SSL session. They are therefore encrypted and protected against any disclosure to a third party.

You will be able to visually recognize the secure areas of our site by the padlock at the bottom of your browser. The url address of the Company La Villa B then begins with https://, where the “s” means “secured”.

11. Complaints: 

Any complaint related to a reservation or a stay in our establishment must be sent to Villa B by registered letter within 15 days of returning from the trip that is the subject of the complaint.

When the recourse referred to above has been exhausted, that is to say if the response to the customer's complaint does not satisfy him or if he has not received a response 2 months after the filing of his complaint, the consumer can contact the Cooperative and Associated Trade Mediator, free of charge, who is competent for any dispute relating to the performance of a contract of sale or provision of services covered by these general conditions of sale: on the website of the Mediator www .mcca-mediation.fr on which can be found the Mediation Charter for Cooperative and Associated Commerce and the supporting documents to be provided.

12. Services: 

Although all the activities mentioned in the descriptions are published in good faith, it may happen for reasons specific to the establishment that these activities and other services are suspended or canceled (absence of the service provider, security measures, etc.).

13. Force majeure: 

Villa B means by force majeure, any event external to the parties that is both unpredictable and insurmountable which prevents either the client, or the travellers, or the agency or the service providers involved in carrying out the trip, from perform all or part of the obligations provided for in the contract. This will be the case in particular with regard to strikes by means of transport, hotel staff, insurrection, riots and any prohibition enacted by Government or public authorities. It is expressly agreed that force majeure suspends, for the parties, the performance of their reciprocal obligations. At the same time, each of the parties bears the burden of all the costs incumbent upon it and which result from the case of force majeure: consequently, the travelers alone will bear the additional costs which could be incurred to allow the continuation of the trip following the occurrence of a case of force majeure.

14. Computing and freedoms: 

In application of Law 78-17 known as Data Processing and Liberties, customers are informed that their order is subject to computerized nominative processing. The right of access and rectification guaranteed by law is exercised with the Company La Villa B at its Headquarters: 197 chemin combe vidal – 83690 Salernes, France. 

15. Right of withdrawal: 

The Conditions of Sale for the reserved rate specify the terms and conditions for canceling and/or modifying the reservation.

The customer is reminded, in accordance with article L. 121-21-8 12° of the Consumer Code, that he does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in article L. 121-21 of the Consumer Code. Consumption.

16. Send booking confirmation: 

For any reservation made on the websiteswww.villab-hotel.comyou will receive a confirmation email mentioning your reservation number. It will be sent to you at the e-mail address that you communicated when taking your reservation. It is therefore your responsibility to check that you have received this email and, if necessary, to contact us if you have not received it.

17. Modification of reservation: 

Reservation modifications (change of dates of stay, names, number of people, type or number of rooms, etc.) are authorized. They are subject to compliance with the same deadlines as cancellations (see paragraph "Conditions for canceling reservations") in cases where the modification relates to the cancellation of a certain number of nights of the reservation. In such a case, the rules relating to the cancellation of reservations apply.

For any reservation modification made by telephone, please contact us  by providing you with your booking confirmation number beforehand. Reservation center opening hours: every day of the week from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. 

You also have the option of modifying your reservation online by connecting to the site on which you made your reservation and providing you with your reservation confirmation number.

18. Cancellation of reservation: 

Here is the procedure to follow to cancel a reservation:

For any reservation cancellation taken by telephone, we kindly ask you to Contact us by providing you with your booking confirmation number beforehand. Switchboard opening hours: Monday to Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

You also have the option of modifying your reservation online (in the case of reservations made online via our website) by connecting to the site on which you made your reservation and providing you with your reservation confirmation number received by email when booking.

Outside standard opening hours:

Please cancel your reservation directly with the hotel by e-mail or telephone (you will find this information on the reservation confirmation or on the website on which you made your reservation). Once this is done, please Contact us, so that the reservations team can proceed with the cancellation in good and due form as soon as our offices reopen and in order to proceed, if necessary, with the refund.

In the event of a dispute over the date of cancellation, it is the written proof that we can find or that you can provide that will prevail (proof of sending an email for example, with mention of the date and hour).

19. Booking cancellation conditions: 

If you cancel your reservation, we will apply our cancellation conditions, namely:

Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.

In the event of late cancellation, a penalty of 50% of the total amount of the stay will be applied (corresponding to the deposit paid at the time of booking).

For reservations guaranteed by deposit, regardless of the cancellation period, the reimbursement of all or part of the amount paid by the customer is left to the discretion of the hotelier. The hotel will have previously informed the customer of its conditions on this point.

20. Invoicing in the event of late cancellation or no-show: 

In the event of late cancellation (outside the free cancellation deadlines) or no show, the establishment will not refund the deposit (50%) paid at the time of booking the stay. An invoice can be issued to you on request. If the establishment was unable to debit this card. If it is impossible to debit your bank card, we will contact you so that you can provide us with the details of another bank card or send us payment by check.

In case of force majeure, the establishment may not take into account the time required for modification and cancellation free of charge. He can decide not to apply a penalty. In this case, he is entitled to ask the customer for proof explaining this case of force majeure. These decisions are the responsibility of the hotelier alone.

I acknowledge having read these general conditions of sale before making my reservation. Therefore, my reservation entails my full adherence to the general conditions of sale of the Company Villa B and its unreserved acceptance of all their provisions.
